Compressed Air and Vacuum System Audits

Production compressed air and vacuum supply are two critical systems that should be in top performing condition.  We have the expertise to optimize your supply systems so that demand applications see little fluctuations in supply pressure and energy input is kept to the absolute minimum.  We deliver a
complete
analysis of your pneumatic systems.  Typical savings as a result of an audit are 20% to 30% of the existing cost for operating a system which include reductions in energy and maintenance.

OUR CLIENTS
Our clients include worldwide companies that are committed to maintaining high standards for product quality and for keeping production costs at an absolute minimum.  Examples of our client base include Boeing, General Electric, Honeywell, LaFarge, Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg and Air Canada to name a few.  We have expertise across all industries and applications including printing, food processing, refinery, semiconductor, electronics, plastics, hospital/medical, packaging, pharmaceutical and general industrial manufacturing.

THE AUDIT PROCESS

Each pneumatic system is unique and requires a detailed analysis of the three components common to all systems: supply, distribution and demand.  The audit process is designed to leave no stone unturned so that every opportunity for cost reduction and supply enhancement is capitalized upon.  Key deliverables include a complete financials analysis, proposed system arrangement schematic and action plan for implementing recommended changes.  Every audit results in a complete narrative report with attachments written clearly and concisely.

COMPRESSED AIR LEAK AUDITS

In addition to pneumatic system audits, we provide compressed air leak detection services.  A compressed air leak audit highlights all major system leaks and is completed quickly and efficiently.  All leaks are tagged for repair and a summary report is generated that details the location of each leak, approximate SCFM flow rate, total annual cost of leaks and a summary of leaks by department and component.  Typical compressed air systems leak 30% or more of the available supply capacity.
